Essential Community Services
Essential Services Funded by Your Dues
At Whisper Ridge, your annual dues play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and functionality of our community. Here's how your contributions are utilized:
Road Services: Your dues cover essential road services, including snow plowing and regular road maintenance, ensuring safe and accessible routes throughout the year.
Landscaping and Weed Mitigation: We invest in landscaping and weed control to keep our community looking beautiful and well-maintained.
Mailing Services: Your contributions support our PO box services, providing a central location for correspondence and payments.
Bookkeeping Services: We allocate funds for light bookkeeping to manage our finances efficiently and transparently.
Utilities for Common Spaces: Dues also cover water and electric services in common areas, ensuring these spaces are well-lit and properly maintained for everyone’s use.
Administrative Filings: We manage and fund necessary administrative filings, including taxes, insurance, and Secretary of State filings, to ensure our HOA operates legally and efficiently.
Annual dues are currently $600 per parcel and are due on January 1st each year.
